The 5p- Society is a voluntary, non-profit organization dedicated to providing information and support to individuals with a deletion of the short arm (p) of chromosome 5 and their families. The 5p- Society promotes patient advocacy, engages
in-patient and professional education, and provides a variety of educational and support materials including a regular newsletter and brochures.
